Activision just announced that, when Tony Hawk's Proving Ground game for the Xbox 360 first comes out, it will include a demo for the highly anticipated upcoming Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. That's a full two weeks earlier than the rest of the world gets the demo. Party on Wayne.

TONY TO APPEAR AT THE U.S. OPEN'S ARTHUR ASHE KIDS' DAY
On Saturday, August 25, Tony will be appearing with tennis superstar Andy Roddick, SNL's Chris Kattan, and many others at the U.S. Open tennis tournament's Arthur Ashe Day. Arthur Ashe Kids' Day honors the late tennis legend and continues his mission of using tennis as a means to instill the values of humanitarianism, leadership and academic excellence in kids. Admission to the festival is free, but tickets for the stadium show are available through Ticketmaster, usopen.org, and the venue box office.

Tony has just confirmed that he will be skating in Sunday morning's Vert Legends exhibition at the Staples Center at this year's X Games. The exhibition will also include Steve Caballero, Mike McGill, Duane Peters, Tony Magnusson, Kevin Staab, Jeff Grosso Lester Kasai, Steve Steadham and more.
